Some simple hygienic measures to prevent the spread of viruses in general (flu viruses, coronaviruses, etc.):

1. Wash your hands regularly with soap and water
2. Touch your mouth, nose or eyes as little as possible
3. Cover your mouth and nose with a disposable paper handkerchief when sneezing or coughing
4. Avoid contact with sick people.
5. Use hand sanitisers to disinfect your hands regularly
