What to expect

Before booking an amazing package we ask you to fill out a survey. In this survey we ask questions like: 'What climate do you prefer?' 'What activities do you like?' 'What days do you want to go on holiday?' 'How many adults and how many children are you travelling with?' With these questions we try to figure out what kind of holiday you like. After filling out this survey we will make the perfect tailor-made package for you and your family.

After we made the perfect package for you, you will receive an email that you can book your surprise vacation.

Two weeks before departure you will receive an envelope with the wheater forecast and some tips that help you pack your luggage. With this we want to trigger you for the amazing vacation that is coming up!

One week before you will receive another envelope. This envelope mentions all the details about when you have to be at the airport, what hour and of course how much luggage you can take with you. Furthermore it says that one of us will be waiting for you at the airport in a blue t-shirt.

Once you arrived at the airport we will be waiting for you. A Family Connection employee will guide you around at the airport and will do the check-in. Besides he/she, will also give some more information and guidelines about your surprise vacation. In the end he/she will give you 3 more envelopes. The first one you can open immediately, this one will reveal your destination. The other two you can open in the airplane. These 2 will give you more information about the place where you are staying and some restaurant suggestions at the destination. 

Once you arrive at the destination there will be a whole adventure waiting for you. Every morning after breakfast there will be an envelope in your room. It's up to you and your children to solve the games. Once you solved them you can have a look at the card and you will get all the information about the activities of the day. 

The last evening/morning you will receive an envelope with all details from the airport again. Once you arrived home you will receive an email where we're asking for feedback. It is really important for us to receive feedback so that we can improve our holidays for future customers. You will also have the possibility to write a review on our website or on our facebook page. We hope you had an amazing time!
